Robert Hooley for the like offence (Beef not Marketable) Twenty Shillings (p.117) Wheras by a former
good order made at the Court leet held at or about Easter 1738 it was decreed that no Butcher should
sell or expose to sale any meat in the publick Market after the Hour of Eleven at night on pain of forfeiting
for every offence twenty shillings, and wheras it is now presented to us that ..... (incl) Robert Hooley....
have transgressed such Order we do therefor amerce them each in Twenty Shillings and do order that
the Steward or Bailiff of this Court do give fresh notice of such Order and that it be punctually observed
for the future.
