The descendants of Thomas Hooley, son of John Hooley of the One House born in 1642 are shown in this tree. Thomas married twice, and although his first marriage was childless, his second wife produced 9 children in quick succession. The family initially settled at Warford then at Alderley.

More research into this family has been carried out and it now contains 70 persons. Thomas Hooley (born 1785) was a farmer at Sandbach in 1826 and son John (1821-1897) farmed at Mobberley and Peover Superior between 1861 and 1891.
John had 10 children, 6 boys and 4 girls. 5 of the boys followed their father into farming and had farms at Mobberley, Mottram St Andrew, Tamworth and Peover between 1881 and 1911. Full details are shown in their Notes.
